Old concrete was cracked, possibly allowing water into the basement. They did a good job of sealing around the concrete they poured.
Update: This service provider installed a driveway that expanded six months later, separating two pieces of siding above it and displacing the caulk. I notified the company exactly 100 ago. Three phone calls and an email later, they inspected damage and agreed to fix. That was 35 days ago and I haven't heard from them. Meanwhile, moisture continues to enter and damage the siding

Everything went very smoothly. They were timely. Paid attention to detail.

Several scheduling delays due to weather but once the project began it was a done quickly, efficiently, and a very high quality job. We were very pleased with the finished product and will definitely use the Carlisle's again.

Second time we have hired Carlisle Construction.  They are our "go - to" contractors.  We were very lucky finding them and we do not hesitate to call  for different construction jobs.  You CANNOT go wrong with these brothers.  They're punctual, reasonable, professional and just all around nice guys.  Can't recommend them enough!

They don't have an actual business office, so use relatives to answer the phone when they are busy.  It was hard to reach them several times, but they did always call us back.  The actual work...breaking up and hauling away the old concrete, laying forms and pouring the concrete went well.  Because of rain, we were without a driveway for a week, but that wasn't their fault.  The new driveway looks great!  They did such a nice job, we are having them do a patio in the spring.

Terrific guys, two brothers, I believe. Very nice, helpful, never left a mess. Could not have gone better. We will definitely use these guys in the future and recommend them to others. No problems, just great work and a terrific patio.

The guys returned calls in a timely manner. The two Carlisle brothers and two younger relatives actually did the job. They showed up on time with some nice equipment. The job went smoothly and looks great. They were not the low bidder ( although very close) I've had a lot of experience with hiring people to work around the house, and these guys were by far the easiest to work with.

Carlisle did an excellent job. They were prompt, friendly and the work was well done. We got rain delayed mid-project due to some heavy rainfall, but they were back to finish up as soon as the ground dried up. We really like that the gentlemen you speak with for the bid are the same gentlemen there doing the actual work. They were also prompt in coming out to review the site for a bid and the follow through with the actual bid. We re-designed our front walkway and they were very accommodating with the new design, which looks great. They will be back in a few weeks to apply the optional sealer we chose to purchase, as the concrete must cure for 30 days first.

Excellent work.  Left site very clean.  Had to work through a fence gate, very careful to prevent damage to fence/gate.

Super. They tore out old concrete and were meticulous about the prep for the new concrete. They were great about keeping the work site clean. Everything looks really good now. They are super nice guys. It was a pleasure having them do this improvement to my home.

The workers arrived on the date specified and on time. They were friendly, willing to be educational if we asked questions, and worked diligently. All projects stayed on schedule. They maintained a clean work site as well. Carlsile is our new favorite concrete company.
