The initial work was excellent. It developed cracks and holes in it the first year. We have a room under the garage, so water from rain and snow melt seeps down into the room. They came back and did repairs to it. It developed more cracks and holes the next couple of years. After many calls and writing the BBB, they eventually came back and repaired again. After more cracks, and leaving at least 6 phone messages which they never returned, I wrote the BBB, and they would not respond to them either. So in the end, it has not been good to deal with this company.

I took advantage of the Angies offer at the end of September.  There were many communications delays between me and the vendor, and a few blown dates.   I began to feel that my job was not as important as other, and said the same.  The contractor became more responsive after that.  The problem seems to be that this is a one-person (or few person) operation.   Even though I liked how everything finally worked out, the delays (and lack of communication on the delays) were very frustrating.

The installation took about six hours and cured for about 12 hours when it was okay to walk on but not park a vehicle, which took 24 hours. The product is guaranteed for 20 years. After a about a year and a half, it still looks great with no sign of any wear. I'm glad that I had it done.

We had our garage floor finished with epoxy and it looks fantastic. Better than we could have imagined.

We really liked them. It worked out really well. One guy came and gave us a bid. We set it up for a date that worked for both of us. The good thing about them is that it takes a lot of companies 3 or 4 days because they have to put down multiple layers and let each layer dry for 8 hours in-between. They can do the whole thing from start to finish in about 8 hours with the system they have. It has a lifetime guarantee and they will come back and do any portion that needs to be redone if it cracks, brakes or stains. We couldn't walk on it for an hour and we couldn't drive on it for 4 hours. By the next morning it was rock hard like it had been done 10 years before.
