I had called late in 2013 for an estimate (they were busy and I could wait). I had the wider gutters installed due to roof with cedar shakes and the quotes I was given were below other companies I called (for the same product). 
When I called to setup my appt they were very accommodating and apologized for the wait. The installers were here and finished with little disturbance at all and the work was done well.

It is very difficult to find contractors who will do repair work & when we found Brinlee it took quite some time to get everything finished up.  But they were very helpful & efficient & made certain all of the work was done to our satisfaction.

Easy to work with. Steve Brinlee stayed in contact and promptly returned all calls. The workers started on the date arranged and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. The workmanship was professional and they cleaned up the yard at the end of each day. Any minor issues that can up were quickly addressed without excuses or hesitation.

I e-mailed for a quote for new gutters. The following day I received a call from the owner to discuss what I was looking for. He gave me a quote right then on the phone and told me he would mail the paperwork the next day. I received the paperwork within a few days..I mailed back the signed contract (no deposit). About a week later I received another call letting me know they would be out sometime the following week to install my gutters. The following Monday the gutters were installed and the old ones were removed and
hauled away. I mailed their payment the following day and recieved a receipt in the mail a few days later.

The owner was very professional and the process went very smooth. I also received quotes from 2 other contractors that were highly rated on this site. This quote was the lowest. Both of the other contractors were initially very responsive,but I felt it went downhill from there.

I was very happy that they were able to do a "rush" job for me so that I could move in. One of the gutters looked like it would still flow into the basement and when I called them, they came right out and fixed it. Only reason I put B as quality is because I wasn't very pleased with having fold up gutters made instead of the manufactured fold ups. Looks cheap.

Brinlee Home Improvement has installed windows thorughout my house, replaced my roof, installed vinyl siding and added new gutters and downspouts. Aso, gutter guards. They do a great job, at a reasonable price.

Brinlee did a professional job at putting on the new gutters. Both of the craftsmanship and workmanship was very good. They left no messes or debris when they were finished. It looks like they weren't even here, other than the new gutters.
