We couldn't get it to repeat the problem so Jim just gave me his card and asked me to call him if it happens again. Jim was over the top courteous and explained what he was doing as he worked. He's awesome, honest, and has integrity. He also broke some separators out of my service panel because they didn't serve any purpose. It looks better now. He refused payment because we couldn't get the problem to re-occur...and insisted that I call him if it happens again and then we'll see what needs to be done. He also gave me some suggestions on what it could be so I could plan ahead.

Boyle Electric proved our wise choice.  We previewed their work at a neighbor's site, received their excellent referral, and then scheduled an estimate request.  When we were ready to proceed, the timing required several volleys to find a mutually acceptable project date. They kept the electrical down time to an absolute minimum by working diligently to complete the job in one day.  We passed inspection with no issues.
