Initially I was impressed with the attitude and punctuality of Jeff Bosaw and his son. They showed up on time and worked efficiently. They guaranteed that my painted concrete floor would not endure any damage and their mess would be completely cleaned up when the job was done. After the job was supposedly complete we parted ways. I then realized that the drywall mud that was all over the floors would not come up without severe damage to the flooring. The once painted concrete floor (with concrete floor paint) was ruined and the mud was nearly impossible to get up. Not only had they ruined the floor but the outlets they had installed did not work. The circuit they had connected them to was overloaded. I called them to have them come back and fix the problem. After phone messages and trying to contact them for months I recieved a phone call from them about 6 months after the initial job was complete and I tried to get them to fix the electrical problem. I was told that he had some personal issues and health issues and that was why there was a delay. They came to my home to fix the electrical problem, which included cutting a hole in the newly completed drywall to rewire the outlets to a different circuit. This was after the basement had already been carpeted and painted. The job was once again completed, only to have the electrical outlets not work a week after. At this time I tried contacting them again to no avail. This was back in late 2010, I have yet to hear from them today. I hired an electrician to come and repair the damage they had done to the electrical outlets. The drywall work was questionable at best, you can see where the mud was not sanded down, as well as mulitple places that drywall screws were not covered. Inititially they told me the drywall would be finished all the way to the floor in case I did not want to carpet/tile. Not only did I have to carpet in order to cover the gap at the bottom of the wall but I also had to install baseboard to cover unfinished screws in the drywall.
Description of Work: The job was to drywall the unfinished portion of the basement, install 3 electrical outlets, and install 2 interior sliding doors. It was a relatively small job, by square-footage.
