Blades and Blowers started in 1995 as a mowing only business. Since that time it has grown into a full lawn, landscape, snow removal and home improvement service company. "In addition to the lawn work performed (this person forgot to mention) all the landscape work that was done. We cleaned up a hillside and back yard; plants, bushes, haul debris and weeds plus mulched all areas. This was done flawlessly. The lawn work in question: the process of removing weeds and getting new grass to grow was explained to client before process started. It did take longer than expected to spray the weeds due to weather conditions (too hot to spray) plus we ended up having to spray weeds three times before we could power rake, aerate, over seed and fertilize. Once lawn was weed free, we contacted the customer telling her we needed her to mow grass (not in bid)and water lawn in preparation for our services. We then came up with a time that would allow for her husband to get lawn mowed and that worked with our schedule. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the agreed time the lawn had not been mowed and the lawn was dry as can be. Despite that, we kept with our agreement and mowed the lawn & trimmed for FREE. A few days after completion we did contact client about payment but payment was clearly explained on invoice (and original estimate) full payment due upon completion of job."
