When he originally came for the bid, we pointed out an uneven area in one room. He assured us this would be properly fixed. However, within a few months, the filler he'd put in the gap (instead of replacing the boards, which he had promised us) had come out, leaving a large, unsightly gap in the floor.We called him back and asked him to come look at it. He assured us he would, but has not. It has been 3 months since we first called. We have called him 3 more times and left messages, which have not been returned. The overall look of the floors is very nice (and we had actually had him refinish the floors in our previous home too, with no problems. He seemed like a really nice guy) However, he clearly does not stand behind his work, and I would in no way recommend his services.
