We were searching for a low cost bike for my daughter to take to college. We wanted a good quality bike, but also an inexpensive one because of the risk of theft at college. We visited many bike locations in the Omaha area, and most were fairly high pressure to buy a bike above our budget.
The Bike Way salesperson listened to our criteria and concerns, explained that we were probably looking for a lower cost bike from what they carried in this case, but gave us alternatives locations to look into and was incredibly helpful. He also asked what our plans were for securing the bike we would finally buy and what protection we were considering.
We discussed those items and they were so helpful and friendly we purchased a super bike lock, helmet and some other gear that would keep her safe while riding.
Even though we didn't make a bike purchase we were thrilled with the help and support they gave and will use them when we purchase a higher quality bike next time.
