 + -1 moreOverall, I give this company the highest rating possible. Their expertise in cleaning the rug was superb. Their customer service was above and beyond the norm. We asked for documentation of the services from Judy, the office manager. She was willing to "bend over backwards" for us.
Description of Work: They professionally cleaned a very expensive wool rug. At no charge they stored it for nearly one year as we prepared for a move.
