My feelings about Benchmark Homes are very mixed. They were very prompt in the beginning, but that changed. After the house was finished, it was very hard to get them to return phone calls concerning things that needed fixed. There were numerous problems, and they took their time correcting them. Sometimes, I would have to call them several times to get a phone call back.
