B Handy

The first lady they sent showed up 30 minutes late.  She was an obvious drug user.  I didn't want to let her in my house but my husband was home so I figured it was safe but that I would need to keep an eye on her.  She spent the first 45 mins dusting my 9 x 12 den.  She did a good job at it but that is a 10 min job tops.  Then she spent about 2 hrs in my bathroom but she didn't sweep, mop, clean the tub, or even wipe down the shower doors.  She dusted half my living room then left 15 mins early.  We spoke quite a bit during her 2 hrs and 45 mins here.  She told me all about her financial problems.  She stopped a few times to take personal calls which she later explained were bill collectors.  I had checked out this place's web page before purchasing the service and they looked professional.  After she left my husband came out of our room and asked why I was sweeping the floor, hadn't the cleaning lady just left?  He called the office to get a refund and the office lady out of Houston argued with him saying they had never had a complaint on the lady before.  The cleaning lady told me this was only her 2 day with the company and I was her 3rd house.  He asked for a supervisor to be sent to look over her job.  They sent someone the next day.  She started from the kitchen and it only took her 2 hrs and 30 mins to do a good job on all the whole thing.  I know the price was super cheap but I still expected quality work the first time and by people I shouldn't be afraid to leave alone in my house.
