It went great! My refrigerator completely died. I called and they were able to come out the same day. They came within the window they gave me plus the repairmen called me en route. When they came to my house they wore booties and kept their work area clean. Luckily they had my part in stock. While waiting for it one repairman actually cleaned part of my freezer! Much appreciated (even if a bit embarrassing!).
I would definitely use again. I found the price to be fair and the service wonderful.
I GREATLY appreciated ASAP's month-long warranty, because the deep clean helped for a week or two and then the fridge began losing temp again and worse. Paul came again at no charge, and since he'd tried the deep clean last time, diagnosed it as losing freon. He told me it was possible to fix, but honestly it would be more cost-effective for me to just get a new fridge.
I would definitely use ASAP again, because I felt like both times he came Paul was expert, professional, and gave it to me straight.
