Anderson AutoCare

These guys really are experts. The service was excellent, ahead of schedule and under budget. We would highly recommend Anderson AutoCare for future service. Anderson AutoCare purchased Southwest Tire business in 2013 merging into their existing business located at 13223 Q Street in Omaha.

Good experience overall. I have dealt with SoutWest Tire on several occassions. Unfortunately, I believe the owner is now getting out of the busines.

They have a good reputation. I've had good experience in the past. They were a reputable place and that's why I took one of my cars and they handle it professionally. The guys there are trustworthy.

I was greeted promptly and they seemed to sense that I knew what I wanted (I did) and didn't try to change my mind except to check on availability of an updated design. (not available in my size). They also knew that I would request an alignment without asking. I did try to barter the alignment in exchange for a promotional camera that I didn't need, but as the promotion was handled through the tire company, that wasn't possible. Nice clean establishment and work space. Comprehensive tire selection. Lounge needs a TV for people who have to wait. Previous alignment services gave me a detailed print out of before and after the service but Southwest didn't. I kind of missed that. They also sell gas and said they would be glad to pump gas for my wife if she pulled in and asked for help.

While I was waiting I was able to relax in a comfortable waiting room. It did not take a long time four them to replace my tires and the workers were friendly and did a good job.

I use Southwest specifically for my entire tire needs. They specialize in this kind of work therefore; I know that I will not encounter any problems. The price varies depending on what kind of tires you but. I tend to like to stick with the good ones then I do not have to replace them as much. Anyways, they have done an excellent job with my tires this time and many times before this with other vehicles. They are top of the line for me.
