America's Best Choice Windows & More

They are refusing to return my $1000 that I put down to make my loan lower. There was never a deposit or down payment needed. The windows were never ordered. The revised quote was never signed. They tried to turn the free estimate into a $350 estimate but if I decide to buy windows from them, they will credit me $350. They even tried to say cancelation has to be within 72hrs. After I stated that I told the guy that measured the windows not even 24 hours later, not to submit the measurements, and he confirmed he wouldn't until I sorted out my concerns with the salesman and that conversation was via texts. The salesman then told me he would share this with the accounting department. I also asked him how any windows were ordered when he kept texting me, calling, etc, asking what he could do to help me finalize the order? 21 days and I have yet to be returned my $1000. It was 10 days ago when he said he would relay the new info to the accounting department and not a word since. He didnt even respond to my text today. I told him if needed, I will take them to small claims.

Price was good and everything was done in a timely manner.

Like other reviewers, we were pleased with the installation and pricing. ABC gained our business by being competitive with their pricing, and the windows appeared to be of good quality as well. The installation went great--the installers cleaned up their mess. We have had the windows for over a year and have no issues or complaints. A++++, highly recommend America's Best Choice!

After considerable review of different windows, I selected America's Best Choice based on quality of windows at a great price. They have a much better warranty on the windows then a lot of their competitors. I also received excellent customer service from the office staff as well as the installers. Very happy with windows!

The windows look great, and it was a great price. They came when they said would and did what they said would do. They cleaned up their mess and hauled any debris. They were very nice, especially Josh L.
