concrete repair
+ -1 moreInitial job went fine other than numerous delays in getting started. Owner was contacted in December of 06 to take a look at concrete that was breaking up. Numerous attempts were made to get in touch with the owner through March, 07. He finally looked at the concrete in March and told us that the deterioration was caused by a bad mix and he needed to talk to his mixer rep who happened to be in the hospital. After 6 months and repeated attempts to get a response from him, AM was reported to the BBB. BBB spend 90 days trying to get a response and was finally told that the deterioration was caused by salt on the driveway which has never been directly applied, and also was a complete reversal of what we were told in March. Contractor is patently untrustworthy and does not stand behind his or his suppliers work. Caveat emptor!
Description of Work: An entire driveway and front walkway were torn out and re-poured with 5 inches of fibermesh concrete in Sept. of 2005.
