They quoted me one price and then needed to charge extra. Combine this with the fact that the majority of the work was unnecessary and I am frustrated. To be fair, several other plumbers came and gave me estimates but failed to find the real problem. However, the big beef that I have is that I was charged significantly more than the estimate. They came to me with the yard mostly dug up and said they needed another $1000 or so for reasons that did not make sense. I resisted and felt that they were threatening to leave me with a half dug up yard so I paid it.

Actually I called them that morning thinking it would be a day or two before they could come out. I was wrong they said they would before ten they called me before before coming they were prompt and professional

I think that this company is friendly and very personable. I enjoyed the service that they provided and would recommend this company to anyone. They were on time and made sure to answer any questions that I might have had.
