Overall, the experience has been good. He's very thorough in what he does, and is very knowledgeable in all aspects of health care. He always gets you to the right specialist if needed.

What I like the most about him is that he takes one person at one time. I can talk to him face to face, and it's only me and the doctor. Nobody will interrupt, and there won't be anyone around. He concentrates only on the patient during the appointments. He is very thorough. He explains everything thoroughly; like what he does and what he will be doing, and everything. I have a lot of confidence in him. He takes time with me and I will continue using him again in the future.

We've been going here for a couple of years. You don't have to sit in the waiting room. The counter help is real nice and the nurse is great. We see Dr. Lang and he explains everything.

I went to an ER and was diagnosed with pneumonia. I called Dr. Lang to see if I needed follow-up care. He asked me to come in when I finished the antibiotic seven days later. I hardly had time to pick up a magazine in the waiting room before I was called back to an exam room. The nurse took my temp, blood pressure, confirmed medications, etc. She was kind and responsive. I had to put on a gown so Dr could listen to my lungs without trying to get around a lot of clothing. I had time to start a magazine article before he came in, but it wasn't a long wait. When Dr. Lang came in, he was very professional. He explained what I had, and after listening to me lungs told me that my lungs now sounded "clear as a bell." He also spoke to me about some other physical problems I have had and how treatment was going. It's not like he has time to sit down and have a friendly chat, he is very efficient. However, at no time did I feel rushed.
