Same day service, garage door working perfectly.

He fixed the problem and then some. I had noticed that the door had been making noise and not rolling smoothly for a while. He serviced the door, reinstalled the rollers and moved the spring (it had been installed too high).. He said it was a bad install - it was a different company that installed the door, not Aksarben Door. The door is much quieter when it moves now and the movement is very smooth. I'm very happy with the results and Aksarben Door will be my first call from now on I was especially happy that they came on such short notice.

Our garage door would not open all the way. The door was rubbing on the metal tracking from opener motor to door. Jerry came out and made adjustments to both garage door and opener. He also lubed all the wheels on both garage doors. They are both opening and closing real smooth.

I had American Certified Svs, Inc. replace torsion springs in my other garage door approximately three months before the torsion springs on my second garage door broke (see my review of American Certified Services from 7/20/2015)  American Certified came out and put two different size springs on the door, didn't oil rollers (told me they should be replaced which was unnecessary in my opinion and in the opinion of Jerry from Aksarben Garage Door). They didn't lube the chain track or tighten any screws, bolts etc.  American Certified then tried to charge me $550 for less work than Aksarben Garage Door did for $225.  Jerry at Aksarben was responsive, professional, and provided great service for a very reasonable price.I will always use Aksarben Garage Door in the future.  A rare breed these days --- good people doing excellent work for a very reasonable price.  If you need work done on your garage door, openers, etc. look no further. And my experience is that I would never ever use American Certified Svs again for anything. You will be very happy with Jerry at Aksarben.

Lubed the tracks and all wheels, replaced 2 cables that were rusty, fixed 1 control motor that had come apart , checked stop control both up and down.

Jerry was very professional right from the start.  He came out on time to give a bid.  I had a few questions in between the time of the bid and accepting his bid (we had 3 other bids) which he answered promptly and courteously.  He told us it would be 2 weeks from putting in the order to install which it was.  He came out promptly to install which took about 1/2 day.  Everything was cleaned up and the old doors/hardware hauled away.  We would definitely recommend Aksarben Garage Door Services.

My garage door broke on a Saturday night.  I called Aksarben Garage Door about 8:15 on Monday morning.  He got to my house in about 20 min.  He assessed the issues and let me know the cost ($260 to replace both springs and a gear kit.)  He was done in about half an hour and everything works great.  I have used him in the past for routine maintenance and have been very pleased with his service. He is always prompt and professional.

The repairs went very well, as usual.  I have been using Aksarben Garage Door Service since 2004.  My initial experience with the company was for repairing the door track which had been twisted by a vehicle.  The garage door could not go down and my former garage door company could not come that day.  I called Aksarben and Jerry Nemec was came and did the repair within an hour or two.  Aksarben Garage Door Service has been the only garage door company that I have used ever since.  Over the years, I have purchased replacement garage doors from them and used them for any service associated with the garage doors and the garage door openers.  Jerry Nemec is always very professional and is a pleasure to work with.

Two guys did a good job of installing the door. They have fixed some other things for us the past and have always done a good job. They were personable, fast, courteous and didn t leave any mess. The company has a great service department and they re a reputable company.
