He had to remove the toilet to snake the drain and then reseat the toilet. It went very well. I did mark him down a bit as he was 40 minutes late. I was however very pleased that he was available on a Saturday and charged a very reasonable fee.

Bill, the owner of the company responded promptly upon requesting service by coming and assessing the situation. They returned the next day making the repairs. Changed their thinking on what they were going to do to make the repairs 3 times during the repair and spent the day going back and forth getting different parts and making the repairs but still only charged for 4 hours plus parts. Upon completing the repairs to the floor they promptly returned to set the water closet and checking for any leaks. I am not sure if Bill is a licensed plumber in our area.
