We've been using them for about 1 1/2 years. They are okay. We have no complaints. We pay $35 or $40 a month for the service.

We have used ADT for about 18 months. They came and put it in. They were very professional. We had no problems what so ever. We haven't had to have them come back, because we haven't had any problems. They are worth it, I feel safe.

Was a bit rocky of a start in the beginning. Original estimator with whom I scheduled an appointment with never showed up. When I called the company they could not help me because their computers were down. When everything was straightened out, they sales person came out and took care of us. They gave us a discount for the hassles that we went through.

We feel very secure knowing the people from Brinks are watching over our home. The customer service department there is exceptional and we have never had a problem with the alarm system they monitor. We are also very happy with the price they give us per month.

The service is exceptional as we have never had a problem with it failing and we really like the customer service department. They call anytime there is a breach in the alarm system and the price we have with them is ideal for our budget.

They came to the house and spent a small amount of time here. They were in and out in no time. They did a very good job and they have really good services. They were all very respectful and polite.

Overall, I was happy with everything but there were a few small areas that I didn't like. They didn't talk with me enough about the job or where I wanted the wires ran in the basement. They didn't pick up after themselves when the job was done. Other than that they were really nice guys.

To be perfectly frank, I have not been pleased with ADT, and the only reason we are continuing to use their service is because they do offer a military discount to our family. Aside from that, they are not very responsive at all. Our alarm just recently was going off, and it was fifteen minutes before ADT even bothered to call our house to find out what was going on. If there had been an actual emergency, we all could have expired by that point in time. I don't find them to be overly responsive to their customers and if it was not for that discount because my husband is in the military, I would take my business elsewhere.

So far, we have really liked ADT. They are reliable and responsible from what we can tell. Their employees have all seemed to be very personable and we feel like satisfied customers with this company.

ADT does a really nice job of keeping on top of the alarm system. They have never had to come out to our home to do any work on the system, and it is easy to use. ADT is linked to all of our local emergency departments, such as the fire and police.

We have never had a break-in or false alarm using ADT. They have great customer support and are just an overall really good company to work with. They do not include home maintenance in the monthly fee.

For all the time we have been using ADT to monitor our home alarm system, we have never had a false alarm or a break-in. The system is very easy to use which we really like as well. We have never needed any in home maintenance, but if you do it is an additional cost.

We have never had a problem with ADT. They just kind of do their thing. They are always respectful, considerate and knowledgeable. I can't ask for more than that! I really would recommend their services to anyone else who may have alarm needs because I have been so pleased with their services on all levels.
