We've been using them for about 1 1/2 years. They are okay. We have no complaints. We pay $35 or $40 a month for the service.

We have used ADT for about 18 months. They came and put it in. They were very professional. We had no problems what so ever. We haven't had to have them come back, because we haven't had any problems. They are worth it, I feel safe.

Was a bit rocky of a start in the beginning. Original estimator with whom I scheduled an appointment with never showed up. When I called the company they could not help me because their computers were down. When everything was straightened out, they sales person came out and took care of us. They gave us a discount for the hassles that we went through.

We feel very secure knowing the people from Brinks are watching over our home. The customer service department there is exceptional and we have never had a problem with the alarm system they monitor. We are also very happy with the price they give us per month.

The service is exceptional as we have never had a problem with it failing and we really like the customer service department. They call anytime there is a breach in the alarm system and the price we have with them is ideal for our budget.

We have had this system since moving in our home 4 years ago. We haven t had any problems or complaints with the services. We test it occasionally and it always checks out.

They were very professional while installing the system and I trust them. They have never given me a reason not to. Just knowing they are monitoring my home while I am home alone, sleeping at night or even when we are away from home makes me feel comfortable.

When I did use ADT I thought they were really good. I did not have a single complaint with them at all. The only reason I did switch companies was because they did not offer some of the stuff that I had wanted. When using them, I did feel safe and I probably would hire them again for one of my other homes. They are not a bad company at all.

To be perfectly frank, I have not been pleased with ADT, and the only reason we are continuing to use their service is because they do offer a military discount to our family. Aside from that, they are not very responsive at all. Our alarm just recently was going off, and it was fifteen minutes before ADT even bothered to call our house to find out what was going on. If there had been an actual emergency, we all could have expired by that point in time. I don't find them to be overly responsive to their customers and if it was not for that discount because my husband is in the military, I would take my business elsewhere.

We haven't had any problems with their services. They were professional and very responsive to anything that went on. We have used their services for quite some time now and have always been satisfied with their performance.

ADT did a very good job installing our system and the monthly charge includes the installation. A realtor set off the alarm once since we were thinking of selling our home and the police department came instantly.

This company's name speaks for itself. We would not want any other company looking after our best interest. They were very quick to respond to a triggered alarm. We feel very safe and comfortable at home or away from home. They do a great job monitoring our home.

We haven't had to use their services as of yet, so I am not really sure on their response times. We feel safe and secure with them monitoring my system. I would recommend them, I guess.

We decided to go with them because they are a well known home monitoring security service. The system and the installation was free due to the special they were running at the time. The special was that if you put their signs up in your yard and get two other people to sing up for their services the installation was free. They offer a monthly price depending on what package you choose. I got a huge discount by paying once a year at a rate of only about $175 per year. I have never had any problems or malfunctions with using their services. Having ADT really allows us to sleep well at night.

So far, we have really liked ADT. They are reliable and responsible from what we can tell. Their employees have all seemed to be very personable and we feel like satisfied customers with this company.
