Action Flooring & Carpet Cleaning

Action Flooring picked up our carpet we had ordered from Carpetland.  We remodeled our entire upstairs, 4 bedrooms, hallway, walk-in closet and stairs.  I have worked with Action Flooring many times to install carpet and laminate flooring and for also carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning.  They do a terrific job and are professional, courteous and clean.

Action Flooring transformed our sun room from an area we didn't go into very much into our favorite room in the house! It's now a great place for entertaining guests, relaxing, and playing with our dog.
Wes was very helpful during the process of finding the perfect carpet for our needs (and we're picky). The day of the install, Wes and his crew came in while my wife and I ran a couple of errands. In just over an hour, we came home to a finished room with all of the furniture moved back! The crew were all very professional and kind to my wife, myself, and our Australian Shepard. The carpet is in wonderful shape after a lot of use the past three years. We also have them come clean at least twice a year so it stays looking new! 
Over the years, we have always recommended Action Flooring to our friends and family and have heard nothing but good feedback about their installations, cleanings, and repairs.

We met with Wes first to discuss our install.  We had already ordered carpet from Menards and it was in stock and ready to be laid.  He bid on the spot and we liked his figure as well as his demeanor.  We hired him on the spot.  He found time for us the following week. 
On carpet day, he and Todd and Tommy came on time and ready for work. They are clean, well mannered and truly enjoy their craft!  They offer tear out and haul away as well as furniture move for a nominal fee.  They took great care with our belongings and returned them to the proper location when finished.  They take pride in their work right down to the care in vacuuming after the install!  They were able to finish our job in three days! 
Tommy took extra time perfectly wrapping each of our stairs.  We love the transformation!  They call themselves a full service carpet business and THEY ARE. Well done.  We will only call them in the future for cleaning of our new carpet.  They clean furniture too...having them back next week to freshen a sofa.  I only take the time to do these reviews for those who earn it and they met every detail presented to us and truly surpassed expectations!

Due to a very wet winter my carpet in my living room was in need of some TLC and my master bedroom carpet needed an upgrade. I was very pleased that I was able to get both rooms done by the same company. After contacting them and discussing what I was interested in one of the employees came to my house to give me an estimate and what I could expect on the day of service. He also gave me recommendations on different types of carpet that would work best for what I was looking for. I found his suggestions very helpful and informative.
When the day came for the installation and cleaning I was so impressed by the promptness, professionalism, teamwork and pride they took in their work. They called me prior to coming to confirm the appointment and actually showed up on time!!! They introduced themselves to me and recapped what the plan was for both rooms. They installed the carpet in the master bedroom first. Once the carpet was installed they asked me to take a look to verify my approval. The carpet looked amazing and to my surprise they actually vacuumed the floor so I didn't have to!!! They then moved on to the living room to clean the carpet. Once the carpet was cleaned I couldn't believe how amazing it looked. They were able to remove all of the mud and dirt stains returning the carpet to look like a new floor!
Overall, I was and am so pleased with their work. I have recommened them to several of my friends and coworkers! I already am making plans to have them back to clean my the remaining carpet in my house and install new flooring in my bathroom and kitchen.
