The fencing is beautiful and functional. Acreage is is a great company. The office staff are professional but fun. The Planners are excellent and the installers are neat and do a great job. This photo does not do justice to the excellent plan and installation they designed to save my trees. I highly recommend them. I recently switch insurance companies from Allstate (30 years) to The Hartford for better coverage and a rate reduction. The inspector was here today and he loved the fencing, all up to code beautiful and functional.

Very well, even though it took several days for complete installation.

The fence looks great! A little pricey, but worth it. The workers did a decent job of not trampling newly seeded grass as well.

They provided the estimate the same day they came by to review the work site. They had good recommendations that we used and the project turned out great. A couple of neighbors have remarked about how nice the railing is on the new steps. Everything went very good with the project.

The job was performed very well in construction and clean up. Phone calls to the main office were answered promptly but thats where the support trailed off Followup seems to be lacking. The quote was requested to be resent with the with the final invoice but after 3 requests never did show up. Acreage farm missed a few appointments/were late in meetings that involved other contractors so we get on the same page. Construction and cleanup went very well and the Arbor looks great. After construction they never followed up by way of a walkdown with us or called to see if the job went well. They never did provide the follow up infomation we asked for to allow to complete our insurance claim prior to the final billing or after (still waiting). Since this has to be turned into the insurance it has left us hanging.
They get an A for quality and workmanship but a much lower grade for customer service expectations during and after the job paperwork wise. Guess they just don't like paper work but like to build quality.

The existing cedar 2-rail fence was constructed in 1993 and most of the posts had rotted off. I contacted Acreage Fences to provide an estimate for a new 2-rail PVC fence, based upon a referral from a neighbor. They scheduled an appointment for an estimate within the week. The owner himself arrived at the scheduled time and provided the estimate. He was very professional and explained our options for both the fencing material and the installation. The estimate included verifying the front property line where the old fence was located and removal and hauling away of the old fence. At the time of the estimate, their lead time was about 3-4 weeks after acceptance of the estimate and a down payment.

3 weeks after I accepted the estimate, the owner's son contacted us to stake out the new fence line. He also arrived on time and was very courteous and friendly. Because we live in the country, locating the property line was somewhat difficult, but he found both of the survey markers. As it turned out, the old fence was located in the right-of-way for the county road, so we decided to move the fence 3-4 feet back from the road just inside the property line. He verified they would fill the old fence post holes for no additional charge. He also arranged for all of the utility locates. As we live in an unincorporated area, no building permit was required.

On installation day, the owner's son and a helper arrived bright and early. The installation took about 6 hours. The quality of their installation is excellent. The fence line is straight and the posts line up perfectly. I could not have asked for a better quality installation. They do use a small Bob-Cat to dig the holes and haul dirt around, which can be a little h****** the grass. They did dispose of the excess dirt on my property, which was not discussed before hand. For me, that was not a problem, but you may want to clarity that point when getting the estimate.

They were terrific in many respects from initial consultation and estimate, through completion of work, and correcting some things that weren’t finished. The only complaint we had was that we preferred more communication…we understood that weather was a factor, but we never knew when they were coming, or coming to finish; would have appreciated them leaving us a voice message so we would know, as the whole project took a number of weeks from estimate through completion.

They made sure they had the right plans and measurements before they started. They had every thing here before they started. They worked really hard to finish the job in a timely manner and the gentlemen were very nice to work with.
