+ -1 morePoor service- I called twice and left messages, most recently on January 25 and did not receive any calls. The least a company can do is call back and tell you they are overbooked, buay, etc.

Description of Work: He called back within the hour, said he'd be out that day and showed up when he said he would. He checked over my issue, told me what he could do to fix it and I had him fix it. Everything was done as I was told it would be and he was very easy to talk with and his explanations were easy to understand. I was quite satisified with his work and would without hesitation use his services again.

+ -1 moreHaving had about 6 different direct contacts with this company I can say the following: they are there when they say they will be, they have never had to come back to fix a mistake or because their original diagnois was incorrect, they are clean.
Description of Work: I had them fix a couple of valves on my sprinkler system this fall but they done a lot of work for me over the years. I had them in stall a whole house water filter and water softner in our previous home. They also fixed a leaky toilet in our previous home while it was on the market. They responded quickly and got the problem resolved. My father hired them to repair a broken pipe and installed new water shut offs in different locations.

+ -1 moreI added a water softener and in the last January I had a pipe freeze and I had them fix that. He came out and cleaned all that. He was back on his way with out charging anything and he told me that it was a common issue. He did not pressure me to buy a water heater from him. As I am a repeat customer they give a discount on the price.
Description of Work: They always do my plumbing work. Last time, they came out as I was having an issue with my water softener.
