Having had about 6 different direct contacts with this company I can say the following: they are there when they say they will be, they have never had to come back to fix a mistake or because their original diagnois was incorrect, they are clean.

I added a water softener and in the last January I had a pipe freeze and I had them fix that. He came out and cleaned all that. He was back on his way with out charging anything and he told me that it was a common issue. He did not pressure me to buy a water heater from him. As I am a repeat customer they give a discount on the price.
