Extremely satisified with the work done and the professionalism of the locksmith. He arrived on time, introduced himself to my wife and I, then went right to work. We had some questions on installing additional locking device on the patio door which he answered and assured that he could install. On further investigation he suggested against the device as the patio doors were plastic rather than metal and it would not support the lock. Additionally we have a border collie who has to introduce himself to everyone who comes in and the locksmith took time to pet and introduce himself to our pet. We have used Accurate Locksmith in the past and if we need additional work done we will certainly ask them to do the work.

Had to convince the person who came that I had a real concern. He checked the door. No estimate given or information on the price of the service call. Not very friendly. Installed simalar deadbolt as buider had in front door. Did not discuss options only that he might not have the same color. Placed his tools on my new hall carpet. He needed to put down a mat or piece of plastic. Had difficulty cutting the hold in the medal door with the battery operated drill. Needed to then use a plug in drill. Dead bolt lock was installed correctly. Only half way cleaned up his mess. Very dirty hands and left black fingerfrints on the both sides of the door. Left piecesof the cut away door in the house and no clean up in the garage.

Great company. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Lightning fast service! On a Saturday morning, we called Accurate Locksmith. They called us back right away and said they'd have someone out within two hours and would call us when the locksmith was on his way. He had a call way on the other side of town, but finished that job and had our problem fixed within two hours of our initial call. He fixed a problem we've had with our door since day one. Accurate Locksmith is awesome!

Was moving into a new home. Called Accurate Locksmith to rekey the locks. The locksmith showed up on time. Walked him around to the doors we wanted rekeyed. Said no problem and got to it. We had 4 locks redone with 2 keys and 6 set of duplicates made. Was all done in just over an hour. No problems.

We have used Accurate Locksmiths on many occasions because of true professionalism and incredible service. These guys really know what they are doing. They have done some key work that others said couldn't be done, and took the time to do it right. I have had them re-key 3 of my houses, 2 different office buildings, fix a lock that took skeleton key and cracked a safe for me. I trust them like family and they really do great work.

The repair was done quickly and satisfactorily. The discussion for securing another door was excellent even and he pointed out why adding a lock would not help us as the door was thin and could be broken through.

He was recommended to me and he did a great job. He was here when he said he would be he was caring, polite and honest. He was very reasonable, and I would recommend him anytime. He s been in business for while and seems to have a good reputable company.

I haven't had many dealings with locksmiths, but I was impressed with all of the many gadgets this guy had and how he used them. He was very good at his work. It didn t take him long at all to do the job for us.
