He did not come back to finish the job.  He got all the money and he did not come back to finish the job. He had to cut one of the custom pieces so a piece that I had already bought and paid for, he cut it too short and he committed to reorder in the custom pieces and promised to come back to install it.  He tracked down the carpet where the transmissions were between the laminate and the bedroom. So I had to buy the piece again and we had to do the work ourselves because he would not return our calls. He kept giving us weird excuses. We finally stopped contacting him at Thanksgiving 2010.  My total labor with him was $2000.  Over all the work he did was good but he would not come back to finish the job. His price was competitive. I will not use him again.
