Of the three men Able Movers sent out, 2 were wonderful workers, and 1 was stone cold lazy. I felt upset for paying for 3 and only getting 2 that would work. I had 1 shelf broke and 1 artificial plant that was broke. They paid me damages, however it didn't even cover the cost of the items. They did not return my phone call promptly regarding the situation. I have to say that the 2 gentlemen were very professional and courteous to me. They tried very hard to do good work. Why Able would keep the one gentleman is beyond me, as I am sure they have had other complaints about him. They did apologize about the situation and tell me they would rectify it.

Moving
This was a relatively small company, but well known for it's expertise in handling and in packing if requested. We were very impressed at the amount of time it took them to move such a large amount of furniture and not one item was damaged.
