+ -1 moreOf the three men Able Movers sent out, 2 were wonderful workers, and 1 was stone cold lazy. I felt upset for paying for 3 and only getting 2 that would work. I had 1 shelf broke and 1 artificial plant that was broke. They paid me damages, however it didn't even cover the cost of the items. They did not return my phone call promptly regarding the situation. I have to say that the 2 gentlemen were very professional and courteous to me. They tried very hard to do good work. Why Able would keep the one gentleman is beyond me, as I am sure they have had other complaints about him. They did apologize about the situation and tell me they would rectify it.
Description of Work: Able Movers sent out 3 men to move me from my old home to my new home. They were required to pack everything and unpack everything. We moved from Council Bluffs to Omaha.

+ -1 moreThis was a relatively small company, but well known for it's expertise in handling and in packing if requested. We were very impressed at the amount of time it took them to move such a large amount of furniture and not one item was damaged.
Description of Work: They moved ten rooms of furniture one and a half miles. There wasn t any packing involved.
