Discovered that old PC was very, very near death (which would have resulted in horrible loss of data). Sold us new PC that perfectly meets/exceeds our needs and transferred all data from old motherboard to new PC.  Set up wireless router and wireless printer. Instructed in basic operation of new PC.   Came the very next day after we called.  Worked very efficiently to move all the old files to the new PC and did it in our home.

MY computer was infected with a computer virus that prevented use. Abbott IT was contacted and arrived quickly. Virus was removed and software was installed to prevent further problems. i was then instructed on the best use of my system.
