Used this company about a year ago. Their movers were late and broke furniture. Not only did the movers break furniture, they did not even tell us they broke furniture. It was left in pieces in several rooms. They broke a bookshelf, dresser, a couple tables, and scratched other pieces of antique furniture. The operations manager said he would make it good, all the while sticking up for the movers. He said they normally do not work like that and that some furniture gets broken while moving. I get that some furniture may be broken while moving, but not several pieces and the movers could have informed us. It took them over four hours to move because of messing around and not handling things correctly. The company tried to settle for just over $100. The dresser alone is worth $600. They took a table to fix it and we never got it back! Turned them into the Better Business Bureau and they couldn't even be professional enough to answer the complaint. Do not even bother with them. It is true, you get what you pay for. The reason they are cheaper is because of the cheap work they do!

Aardvark Movers Omaha came out after my "frantic" call, looked at what was packed and needed to be done -- and had no problem moving totes already packed, moving out furniture, then repacking/packing remaining items. They dropped bed and some clothing at youngest son's home and then took remainder to Omaha Storage (7900 Harrison St., Ralston NE).

I called the supervisor Anthony Smith on his direct personal cell phone. I'd figured since we knew each other and had mutual friends that I could count on him. Unfortunately when I called he just cursed at me and called inappropriate names. Anthony Smith has a dre problem don't let him in your homes.
