A TO Z AUTO GLASS INC

First of all, I called a listing for a replacement glass service in the phone book, not A to Z Autoglass. I requested an estimate for replacing a cracked windshield & was told $169 installed, including free mobile service. I had received the same estimate from another company for in-shop service. They came out to the house the next day. Before discussing any details, they started ripping off the molding. The finished in 45 mins. Called my insurance company on a cell phone to confirm the repair & claim & they left. No invoice, no receipt, nothing. I called the next day & was told the cost was $239, not $169. The cost for the glass was higher because it had tinting. The new molding added $57, something not mentioned previously. I don't think it's the right molding for my vehicle; when I mentioned this, he said the large gap is a water channel. These people only wanted the job and cared nothing about cost because it was covered by insurance. I do not recommend using this company.
