He was totally honest and professional about what I really have.
Took 2 vacs in that were working very subpar. They both had to be declogged, one from a sock and the other from a piece of plastic. They both look like new. Unfortunately one of the vacs had major damage from the clog, it sounds like a freight train, but does at least work for now. So I have 2orking subpar machines
I wish I had bought a Ricaar vac from this shop 3 years ago and I wouldn't be in this mess.
When my vac dies, this is where I will go to buy a REAL vac/

This is a small family business and the service is great. My Dyson looked like new when I picked it up and runs like new as well. He changed the filters and the belt, as well as cleaning up the rotating brush on the bottom, which was a mess! The work was completed in just one day. When I went to pick it up the owner even took it out to my car for me! I will definitely use this shop again and I'm already recommending it to my friends.

Our one year old vacuum wasn't working properly and I had company coming into town that evening. I took it to A-1 and the man there knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. For good measure, I aslo asked him to switch out the belt and to throw in some new filter bags. Top to bottom, the servicing took maybe 20 minutes.
The guy clearly knew his trade and had the tools there to make quick work of it. The cost of the service was only around $10. With the add-ons I requested, the total bill came to around $35, but I felt it was well worth it as I needed a working vacuum right away!
