We would use them in the future. There were some things in the front of the house where you most noticed it. I think they could have done some better workmanship on in terms of the roof. It was my first time using them.

Team did a great job. I knew exactly what to expect, prior to work beginning and feel that all my expectations were met. In reponse to a previous comment about this company, yes there were hispanic workers who did the roof, however there was always an english speaker available through out the whole job, and I was provided (with out asking) with two telephone numbers to reach either an owner or saleman if I had questions during the job.

So far so good. I thought they told us we would have this edging all around our house but we were mistaken. They said it would show melting all over the house but it only shows it in the Northwest corner. I really like the salesman. When they came and I don't want to be prejudice, but four Hispanics came that couldn't speak English. I thought it was okay if I could only talk to one of them. So I tried to ask some of these guys questions and they couldn't understand me. When you are getting a roof replaced it is a huge job on your house and you want to feel secure about it. So I could talk to one fine and I did not know he was leaving later in the day. It got on and it looks good. The people that did it, I know it was a windy day. They backed in the trailor, I thought they would have a dumpster. There was plastic all over the lawn.

"Although replacing a roof is a daily task for us at 123 Exteriors, we understand this can be an overwhelming project for our customers. Customer satisfaction comes first in our organization, which is why we elected to join Angie's List. We take these comments very seriously. I want to begin by thanking this client for voicing his concerns. It is feedback such as this that helps us improve. We now have all the members of our crews wearing white 123 Exteriors t-shirts and the english speaking members of the crews are in red shirts. I'm not sure of the plastic that was mentioned as our crew has a full time clean-up member and our restoration specialists do a final sweep of the propery after the project has been completed. We have since brought on a second crew to do a final sweep of the property the day after the project is complete as to get any trash or debris the roofing crew may have missed. We do use a dump trailor as dumpsters tend to crack driveways. I sincerely appologize for any inconveneince he has expereinced and am glad to rectify the situation if given the opportunity. It has been said that you can't satisfy everyone. We at 123 Exteriors do not beleive that statement to be true as we expect all of our customers to be completely satisfied.
