 + -1 moreThey have poor customer service and they will "get to you" when they can. Two weeks without hot water last year waiting for them to "get to us" Went into my sisters house while she was not there to fix her fridge, took all of her food out and put it on the counter and left it there for two hours. She is a single mother who lost $200 worth of meat, had they called to say they were coming someone would have been there or cleaned out the fridge to keep the food! When I called today to find out if they knew when they were going to make it out to fix our hot water heater, they were called yesterday about it, he told me we could just find someone else he was taking us off of the list and hung up on me. Will never go to them for anything if this is how they treat customers!
