SERVICEMASTER

We asked for a estimate for cleaning in our rental. He did separate estimates for the upstairs and the basement carpet, and told us that shampooing the basement carpet was unnecessary since it had been mostly unused and was clean. We asked for an assessment of whether we should do special cleaning or have special chemicals used since we had pets in the home and he told us that this was also unnecessary, although he would have gained more income for the company if he had recommended extra services. The estimate was 100% accurate. They didn't charge any extra fees we weren't expecting and they were quick to follow up with our statement after the cleaning. The carpets looked great, too. In fact, I think they looked cleaner and fluffier than when we had moved in. Two complaints: I didn't get any follow up advice on how to help the carpet dry faster or when it would be safe to walk on the carpet again. Also, the front porch had tufts of cat hair left on it from when the crew wheeled out the equipment. Overall, this was a good experience and I would hire them again.
