They are reliable and show up when scheduled.  Pest treatment is fair but of course can't keep out everything.

Well he came out last fall and explained the whole process($180 just to come out). He was supposed to start right when it got warm. He took his sweet time coming out finally got here May 6th. He did the bat exclusion, which consisted of sealing up the places where bats could get in. This cost me $800. He did a very sloppy job of applying the caulking, he used white caulk when he should have used clear. He said he could not seal up the eave caps because that was considered "construction" he did not inform me of this on his initial visit. He got done with his exclusion, and told me it would be 2 weeks and he would come back and finish the job. One month went by(mind you we were waiting to move into this house) he showed up at 8 am and I do not know what he did for 1 1/2 hrs but he supposedly fell and broke his hand at 9:30. He called me at 3pm and told me of this, and said I will have someone call you tomorrow. Well 1 week went by before I got a call. In the meantime I got sick of waiting, and called Bat Experts. They came out the next day and got the job done right away for $600 less.
