HY-VEE

Description of Work: My husband, myself and his brother went for breakfast that Saturday morning. The gal taking our order was extremely unfriendly and would give us a dirty look when asked a question. Our order took over 45 minutes to get. The girl bringing us our food didn't know what she was bringing us. She was unfamiliar with what order she was bringing us. My husband's order was wrong. She slammed the tray down on our table and ran to the kitchen. When she came back she proceeded to tell us the order was right. My husband said, "No I have the receipt right here and this is not what I ordered." The waitress rolled her eyes grabbed the plate and went back to the kitchen. When she came out again, she tried to tell us that it was the order it just looked different. My husband just took the plate and ate it. This is not the way that it should have happened. Granted what he ate was good and we paid for it, but it wasn't correct and the service was lousy. I will never be eating breakfast again at HyVee.
