I called on Wednesday about the leak in the shower drain. They said they should be able to get out on Thursday. They didn't call back till Friday morning. 2 guys came Friday at 3pm to fix the drain. They had to replace the drain and some pipes. They ran some water through it to make sure it wasn't leaking and showed me everything they did. After my husband took a shower that night I went to check and make sure there were no leaked. It was leaking worse than before. So I called first thing on Saturday and they are closed, had to wait till Monday. Called at open on Monday and they sent a different guy out at 10:20. He looked at everything and ended up caulking the new brass no-caulk drain the other two put in on Friday. It now doesn't leak. I wasn't charged for the second call and that guy got right to work and didn't mess around. I might give them another try, it wasn't a horrible experience, but it wasn't a great one either.
