We like him because he's reliable, responsible and professional.  He's not the cheapest.  We have never had a problem with him and he has a good reputation around.  A lot of contractors use him.  He's a pretty busy guy but he just does an overall good job.  He just really does quality work.  He cleans up well after his work and we've never had a problem with anything he's done for us.  He's done jobs for probably over the last ten years.  We always call him first and if he can fit us in its great but if he can't, we call someone else even though we don't like to.
