GAVER HOMES

Getting this fixed left me without water for 3 days and getting Mr. Gaver to answer his phone to repair the problem was nearly impossible. He also tried to bully his way into leaving the septic lines on my well lines or to move my well lines on top of my own septic leech. He does not do the research required to prevent issues like this, and then tells his crews to go ahead and dig up my yard, which he doesn't have permission to do, in fact he was told the day before not to dig up anything on my property without locating my septic leech. 
If you feel like having someone charge you extra, to relocate buried lines that were ignored, feel free to waste your money on Gaver Homes. I talked to many people who work with Gaver and was told by all of them, that he will ignore your calls, and try to get his way even if it is illegal. Top that off with poor preparation in construction, if he had done the work to look up the pre existing easements, my neighbor would have saved over $5000 (home owners estimate)  in relocating my well lines. If he had put the septic system out the other side of the house, there are 10 acres of land with nothing at all in the other direction. 
Also had to take off several days of work to wait for him to fix the problems he made. Don't waste your time, go with a company that can do the work the first time and not cause you all of the headache. If I hadn't been smart enough to call Douglas County Health Board and get an inspector out, he would have left my drinking water lines under a septic field... yuck.
