We had Morton Building put up a machine shed for us about five or 10 years ago. Since this time the trim on one of the doors needs to be replaced. Around January 2013 we stopped into Morton Building to get someone to repair the trim. We were told all the sales reps were busy but someone would contact us. No one contacted us so in May 2013 we again contacted them and it took until June to receive an estimate on the trim repair. In July I paid 60% of estimate to get the work start but it is not into September and they still have no completed the work. When I try calling them they rarely pick up or return my calls. At this time I want them to complete the work.
