Furnace went out on a Saturday. Called Milford AC on Monday morning, Steve said that he had a couple appointments in the morning and would be out in the afternoon. He showed up after lunch and began working on the furnace. Within 5 minutes he had the problem diagnosed, another 10 minutes and it was fixed. After the repairs were made he checked out a few more things and everything was running fine. The part was $9 and he only charged me 15 minutes of labor (plus service charge), probably start to finish he was at the house for about an hour checking other things out and messing with the thermostat. Overall very happy with the whole experience. I have had Milford AC out for work before and have always been satisfied with their work.
