Back steps: Miss measure by 1.5 inches. Cut too much of vinyl siding. A promise to correct error but did not.
Plumbing box: Poorly constructed. Corners are not square, wood split and repaired with caulk, gouges in wall not repaired.
Dale stated he would be back on Saturday and make all necessary repairs. He did not show up nor did he call. Called Dale and said he was watching football with friends and would be there on Monday. He did not show up Monday. Called Dale; no answer; left voice mail. Dale texted back on Monday at 5:30 pm with promise he would be there Tuesday morning by 10 am. He did not show, did not call and did not return my calls.
