They did an alright job and I was happy with the work that they did but the guy that I was working with left the company and he never notified me that this was happening.  They did guarantee their work for a year, and I have them come out and replace six plants during that first year, and the service was great.

I called them back to have them come back out and they never responded.

The good: They fit me in right away and showed up on time. They put down and spread 6 yards of mulch quickly. They estimated 2 hours and that is what it took -- they were right on there. The bad: They estimated two hours but charged for 2 hours x 2 people so the labor was double. I feel they should have been upfront about that, but it was done fast. The ugly: They did a very sloppy job. They missed a lot of spots where they would not go between or behind things and they buried and killed dozens of plants. The mulch was spread uneven -1/2 inch to nearly 6 inches in spots. I had to do a lot of work to fix what they did and save some of the plants they killed. I removed wheelbarrows of mulch from small spots and put in areas without. Conclusion: I will buy bagged mulch in the future at about the same cost for the mulch but save the delivery fee and labor charge and do a better job the first time.

They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a lot of stuff from them.
