WORLD OF ROOFS INC

ABSOLUTE WORST contractor I have ever had the misfortune of working with! The roof was not completely stripped to the plywood as he said it would be. They simply slapped another layer of felt paper over the original. So if any areas on the roof needed attention they went unnoticed. Estimated the shingle bundles incorrectly so the "roofers" sat in my yard for approximately 2 hours waiting for the contractor/owner drop off enough for them to finish the job. The gutters were replaced. However, his employee did not install downspouts on the 2nd level. Apparently that adds curb appeal. WHAT!!!! No! I called the owner/contractor multiple times about my displeasure with the gutter "arrangement". He brought in another company to take a look at it, assuming they would agree with him... WRONG...much to his surprise, I was right and after 3 YEARS he had to add the downspouts!

tWorld of Roofs was a wonder to work with.  I called them for an estimate.  They came over the same day and surveyed my roof, told me how to file my home owners insurance claim.  They worked with the insurance adjuster when she came to appraise the damage to my roof.  I had a check in hand when she left.
They performed the work promptly and efficiently.  The workmanship was excellent.  They are a local Lincoln company. I  recommend them highly.

The entire patio deck roof had to be replaced. The job was awful. He refused to acknowledge he installed it incorrectly. I experienced breakage of a plant and decoration. He tried to bully and intimidate me when he was confronted with the fact that the installation was bad. He lied about cleaning out the gutters from the shingle mess. I had to have it done. This job was done in July of 07. This spring I had another roofing contractor come out and inspect the job because this last winter there were icicles forming from the back of the guttering. I discovered he had not installed the main roof correct. He refused to come back and look at it or fix it. I then found out he gave me a shingle warranty from a company that he did not install their product and they had discontinued that particular warranty over 10 years ago. What makes this entire mess worse is that he is a Better Business Bureau member and they refused to help me. He is still a member in good standing with the BBB.
