Excellent! Work done was very professional. Trenching in yard from house to shed was professionally done. Work in house and in shed was excellent.

I don't remember what that cost. They were just so wonderful. I appreciated the fact that they actually, called me back when I called and said that I needed to set up an appointment, they called me back. I had experience with another company where I placed the call, left my name and phone number and said:"Just call me back to schedule a time to get an estimate." and they never called me back. So, that didn't sit very well with me.

They did not bill me at all because they could not resolve my issue. So, I never did get a bill which I thought was very, very nice, very professional. They just came out two or three times trying to resolve the issue that I was having and they never could. I didn't receive a bill for it. So, I was pretty impressed. I had a place that wasn't properly balanced, the house was built in "77" at that time it wasn't the computers and all the electronics that people have now. So, they needed to be balanced out a little bit, so that the outlets would do a better balance and prop the circuits and they had come out and done that for me. There's a buzz whenever the furnace or air conditioner turns on there's a buzz from the circuit box. They couldn't figure out why it was doing it. So, they replaced the circuit, and that didn't solve it. That's what they didn't bill me for. That was nice of them to take the time and their resources to try to fix my problem.

Went well. Called when they were coming and showed up at scheduled time. Did a very good job. Would recommend them to anyone needing electrical service.

As an out-of-town landlord, I am very happy with the service that was provided in a timely manner without my personal involvement. The technician also assisted my tenant with changing a light bulb she couldn't reach, which she much appreciated. I will call them again when I need an electrician.

great needed emergency help and still wasn't drilled!!

I had hired an independent electrician to install light fixtures and rewire some outlets and switches in August. He cut a bunch of holes in the walls and dragged some wire to to a couple locations and said he'd be back at the end of the following week. I never heard from him again. After waiting three months, I had Wolfe come in, review the work, fix some things and finish the job. Service was outstanding, both the estimator and the electrician were professional, and pricing was very fair. I will use this company again in the future.

I have had trouble with ice dams in an area of my roof for years.  Tried redoing the attic insulation twice with no luck.  Decided to try this method. Heat tape was installed in the gutters and the roof in the problem area.  The work was done by one electrician in 1 1/2 days. From the bid to the finished product everyone was very courteous and helpful.  I would definitely recommend them and will use them when necessary in the future.

The work done was very, very good in my opinion.  They had to dig a trench from power source to shed and run the cable, when done we could barely see where they had dug at.  They cleaned that up very nicely.  As far as the inside electric work, it was done as promised and on budget.

Jesse, the electrician who estimated the job, was helpful and knowledgeable. However, he didn't give us the estimate until I called his office several weeks later. He had apparently taken down the wrong email address and never followed up. Fair enough, we went with Wolfe anyway because of the company's quality reputation. Once the job was scheduled it was done in about 3 days by one electrician. He was courteous and competent. The job was very complicated for a house rewiring but it was a fantastic update to the property. Prior to the burying of the lines they had drooped low across a 60-70 foot span from the house to the pole, crossing through a tree and over the corner of the rear upper patio, so they were somewhat unsafe. The fuse box wasn't completely mandatory but it was a nice upgrade. The house had been a duplex at one point so there were two service meters, which was unnecessary, so they were combined to one. The work in the garage was ancillary to the project but opened up the possibility of an EV charging station or tenant addition in the future. All houses should have their power lines buried and most would be much cheaper than ours, but I think Wolfe charged a fair price considering the other aspects of the work.

The Wolfe Electric representative visited me to discuss my needs. He asked pertinent questions and inspected our current usage and how things were divided at the circuit box. He made recommendations and said that he would provide a written estimate. Received the estimate via email on 12/23/10. Work was completed early January 2011. Workers were very considerate. They asked if they should remove shoes while working in the house. They thoroughly cleaned up after work completed. Highly recommend this company!
