I have been going to Stacy Wilhelm for all my auto needs for the past 20 years. He is fair, reliable and on time. I have never had to return for a follow up visit. It's done correctly each and every time. As long as Stacy is in business I will go there.

We really like Wilhelm because their prices are fair, employees are excellent and they get the work done quickly. We have used them many times in the past and will continue to turn to them for service.

They checked it out, and thought the transfer box was going bad. It sounded rough to them. We brought it to another mechanic because the cost to replace a transfer box was too high for our budget. The other mechanic found that one front tire had a larger circumference than the other front. This caused the two tires to jerk because in 4wd they are locked. We replaced the tire, and the problem was gone. We saved a lot of money. Wilhelm is extremely friendly, they call before making any service changes, they do not charge you if they can not fix the problem. When they have done work before this, they did quality work, but this effort would have cost us a lot for no reason, so that is why I rated them the way I did.

Starter failed in the driveway.Truck was towed to Wilhem's by AAA. I requested them to do the serpentine belt and the spark plug work;Asked them to call me with cost of the work prior to doing it, which they did.Repair was completed in the time frame they gave me, and at cost quoted. Wilhelm has done my repair work for over 15 years and I found him to be very reliable and trustworthy.

It was close so I liked them. They didn't find my air conditioning to be a problem. They should have caught what was wrong with my car.

We have been taking vehicles to Wilhelm Auto Repair for more than 20 years and they have always done a wonderful job. Their team is very professional and fair when it comes to repairs although I have run across some limitations of equipment when it comes to foreign vehicles. In these cases they have always offered suggestions as to what other repair services could help us.

We had a friend who recommended this company to us. We have used them a few times. The service techs are friendly and answer questions. We dropped the car off in the morning and requested a call when they knew for sure what they would do. They called and explained what needed to be done, the cost and the estimated completion time. When we stopped to pick the car up, they had a tech come to the lobby and answer any questions. We have also used them for estimates and as the used car evaluation. They are always pleasant, quick and dependable.

I have used them before. I am satisfied with them. They are close to where I live. The last time I went to them, they were unable to find the suspension noise because it was an intermittent problem. They couldn’t isolate the problem at that time. Otherwise, any service that I have had done with them have been satisfactory. Their prices are competitive, unlike some auto dealers. They are cheaper than my dealers to do my brakes. The quality of their work is good. They give my car back on time. They are professional. They are more affordable than my regular auto service companies. I will continue to use them in the future.

I called set up a time to drop the vehicle. They promptly fixed it. I have gone here several times with three different vehicles. They always call up to verify if I want to spend the money on the parts and labor before doing it, which is very helpful. They have also not charged me anything for one problem they couldn't fix. It ended up being a tricky wiring intermittent open, which may or may not give problems at the time of repair. Great service and timely. Would recommend to anyone.

For weeks a mysterious noise plagued my very old jeep and with little to no information other than a description of the noise from myself, Wilhelm had diagnosed the problem (worn out front drive shaft) and had an estimate ready in less than 3 hours. Also, they went out of their way to find a suitable used part for much cheaper than fixing the old or purchasing a new part, which really took down the cost of the whole repair, which is fantastic. The best part is that my Jeep was ready by the end of the workday that I had dropped it off, which is a convenience that I am very grateful for. Overall, everyone I spoke to was polite, professional and very helpful and honest.
