Welter Construction

Roger welter with welter construction came through and took care of our home after the April 2013 storm of last spring. Before him visiting us I had no idea the knowledge and experience needed in the process to help provide the things we needed to replace and repair for the status of our home . As home owners it's nice to have someone who knows the value of your home and gives you the right to express your concerns and or questions without making you feel obligated to them in some way or uncomfortable . From the very first meeting I knew that the process would be to move forward and continue to work with welter . Immediately From the phone calls to the insurance company and roger being at my home with adjuster who inspected our damage,,, we knew that the quality and care of our home was being taking into deep consideration , and without the experience we would not have been completely aware of what we had the right to go forward with , we were able to replace roof siding gutters a window and all the same on garage . The labor time it took once it was ready to go ,,,was fast , efficient ,,,and thorough ,. it's amazing what quality work does to the wow factor of even just a roof of a home . Never thought a roof was beautiful before ?! Although Roger seemed very busy ,,,and at times hard to reach he always came through and never made us feel like we were a bother , within reason he or someone from welter construction was there to answer questions or communicate with us what was to be expected next , considering all the things he was working on , the communication was understood . I never felt he wasn't doing what we agreed on , he had finesse and stayed humble , he was very charming to do work with and get to know . If your looking to get the service you ,,,as a home owner deserve (and if you can be a little patient with his response at times ) ;) I've come to know that's only because welter construction is busy working on your best interest for you as a home owner not just for them self , promise you it's worth the call to welter construction . So happy to have you in our preferred contractor list and now new friends contact .
