The team was wonderful! They moved my 3 bedroom house to a storage unit. It was last minute, and the guys were incredibly professional! They moved all my items with such care, and the price was reasonable! I cannot think of a better moving experience. They are number 1 in any moves I make in the future.

The service did not turn out well. When they moved furniture from our old home they dinged our walls a few times. When looking at the new house they damaged wood flooring and they scraped the walls as well. They dented and scratched the aluminum siding in the entry way and then when they carried a couch to the basement they scratched and dented a wooden handrail. They were not going to put protective covers down and I had to mention to them to be careful as it was a brand new home. They eventually used the covers but I felt they would not have done that if I had not said anything. They did send a repairman to fix the flooring and they are taking care of the other repairs as well through a contractor of my choice. It did take about three weeks to get them on the repairs but they are doing that now.

They were very careful with my antiques, wrapping them and using two men to carry them upright per my request. I have an antique Victrola that weighs about 400 lbs. It Must always remain upright and they took great care to keep it so.

They moved me into a temporary storage unit.  I told the General Manager, Jason Christenson when he came out to give me an estimate (prior to the move) THAT I WOULD NEED A 24' TRUCK WITH A GRANDMOTHER'S ATTIC.  I told him this was based on moving many times, and that consequently, I knew how much space I needed and approx. how many hours it would take (I was very adamant about this).

THEY SHOWED UP ON THE DAY OF THE MOVE WITH A SMALLER TRUCK AND IT WAS NECESSARY TO MAKE 2 TRIPS TO GET ME MOVED FROM THE HOUSE I WAS LIVING IN!  I HAVE NEVER, IN 20 YRS., NEEDED TO MAKE 2 TRIPS TO GET MY HOUSEHOLD MOVED!  THIS COST ME AN EXTRA 1 1/2 HRS. THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN NECESSARY!  MOREOVER, HALF THE CREW WAS EXTREMELY INEXPERIENCED.  THERE WERE NUMEROUS TIMES I HAD TO REPEAT INSTRUCTIONS (WHICH I’D GIVEN BEFORE THEY EVEN STARTED) FOR HANDLING MY ANTIQUES AND THEN BECAUSE THEY HAD NOT LISTENED, THEY DROPPED ONE OF MY ANTIQUES ON ITS LEG (LUCKILY IT DID NOT DAMAGE IT) along with a file cabinet.

When the move was almost finished, I called Jason on his cell and requested that he discount what his Lead Mover wanted to charge me DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY HAD NOT COME EQUIPT FOR WHAT I HAD REQUESTED IN ADVANCE, AND CONSEQUENTLY, IT TOOK AN EXTRA 1 ½ HRS. TO COMPLETE THE JOB (BECAUSE OF THEIR POOR PREPARATION/PLANNING)!  NOR DID THEY BOTHER TO CALL ME AND INFORM ME AHEAD OF TIME THAT THEY WOULD NOT HAVE THE SIZE TRUCK NECESSARY TO HANDLE THE JOB.  JASON WAS EXTREMELY RUDE and told me there would be no discount.  I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!  I HAD READ/HEARD THAT THEY HAD A BAD REPUTATION.  THEY WEREN’T MY FIRST CHOICE, but under the circumstances, I was in a pinch and could not find anyone else that was available during that timeframe (which thankfully, is not a common occurrence for me).  IN CONCLUSION, IT COST ME MORE, AND TOOK LONGER THAN IT EVER HAS IN 20 YEARS. I FEEL THEY CHEATED ME, THE CREW WAS INCOMPETENT, AND THEIR GM, JASON CHRISTENSON IS RUDE!

They are excellent. They worked until the job was done. They wrapped up our couch and emptied the garages. They put things wherever we asked them to. They were very careful and quick. The price was excellent.

Did NOT go well!!!  I called many times before they showed up on Monday morning to ask about size of moving van.  We used two men and a truck in Omaha the day before and it took three trips, so I wanted to be sure they had a big enough vehicle to get the move to Omaha all at once.  They would not do anything about it until one of the movers called them and said we would need another truck.  They do not have a moving truck, just vans.  They claim that their vans move a small 3 bedroom home.  If that is the case, we moved 15 small bedroom homes into one 4 bedroom home.  This is after we gave away A LOT of furniture.  Two bedrooms at my home were empty, it is a small three bedroom home.  I told them repeatedly we had to be out before 1:00, when the new owners took ownership, they did not care.  Still showed up at 8:30 with one truck.  Finally they sent another truck at the request of one of the movers. Did not get out of the home until 2:00.  Luckily the new owners were running behind.  It took them three hours to drive up to Omaha.  When they unpacked the trucks, they just put (threw) things everywhere.  A HUGE mess.  No organization whatsoever, we even stood at the door to tell them where to place things, still didn't care.  Things fell out of boxes somehow, were seperated, they didn't put everything in the house/garage, left some items outside.  They broke the drawers on my file cabginet.  They chipped an edge of a beautiful curio cabinet.  They crushed a heater.  They took chips out of the wall, and put scratches on the wall.  Left marks on the tile floor.  Brought in gross quantities of mud.  All in our new home.  They did not do a good job giving me an estimate.  They told me a full truck would be $2,328.00 plus fuel charges.  I paid $4,367.00!!!!  They didn't give me this price until after I told them they could go home - it had been TWELVE hours.  One of the movers had sweat pouring down his face and was weazing - keep in mind it was in the 20's out.  I was thinking it was illegal to make someone work more than 12 hours in a day.  When I called the next day to ask about the charges, the person who answered the phone would not take care of anything.  They could send men out to put the furniture/boxes in the correct place, but they would have to charge!!!!!   I was expected to keep them the night before and make them move everything where it belonged.  There's no way that would be possible.  They'd be here past midnight and they were exhausted.  They obviously don't care about their reputation or service to customers.

They took forever, we told them how much stuff we had, and they didn't come with a big enough truck.  It took them about 7 hours to move us, and we didn't have that much stuff to move.  We only moved a few blocks away to an apartment.  They didn't finish until 11 o clock at night!  We started helping them just to get it done. I thought it was a little high priced.
