Tom and his dad provided dirt around the house for proper drainage. Tom had done previous spraying for weeds and put fertilizer and grass seed down in bare spots.

We have them for the lawn service here since we bought the place. The monthly fee is variable depending on what they are doing for us. It is one thing if all they are doing is mowing and edging and another if they are doing aeration or fertilization or anything else associated with it. We have been using them for the last 10 years and I like the fact that they are available. I don't think that their price is outrageous but I haven't done any comparison on prices. The quality is fine. They show up every week like they are supposed to but they are not on any fixed time schedule.
