 + 0 moreWhether getting my clock fixed, buying or getting my computer adjusted, or purchasing a watch, Sam is the only technician I use. He is the kind of guy that if he came to the door of a little old lady unannounced, she would size him up and invite him in. He is totally NON-scarey! He is a pleasurable fellow with whom to do business and I trust him. He is professional and friendly. Sam is from Switzerland and is from a town that has a top name watch factory. He was trained in Switzerland to repair clocks and watches. He is a consciencious, detail oriented, and gifted technician! He hosts interns from Switzerland wanting experience in a watch repair workplace. He finds host families for them to live with and treats them like family. He wants happy customers and he gets them. I have sent many friends there to get clock repair or buy a computer. All my friends are happy with him too. .
Description of Work: Sam cleaned and serviced my grandfather clock. Sam cleaned my grandfather clock so that it would work again. My Westminster chimes were slow motion. He improved the speed and the musicality of the clock by adding more weight to the brass weights so that the clock would chime more cheerfully. He also sells and services Mac computers. I bought a computer from him two years ago and the service has been exceptional. He does remote log-in to fix my glitches and goof-ups. Mostly it can be done over the phone, but I have taken my computer in a couple of times to be adjusted. He always stops and does it right away. Sam stands behind his work 100% I also bought a watch from him. I have known Sam for about 15 years now and he is consistently the best and comes when he says he will or arranges a different time. Sam is consistently happy, always honest and fair, beyond generous with his time.
