+ -1 moreThey were punctual during the bidding process and responsive, but gave me a bid that was 54% higher than the contractor I chose, who did a fantasic job. I feel I was taken advantage of as a consumer who wasn't familiar with the field or the costs involved. When they didn't get the bid they called an inspector from the city to "pop in" during the date the other contractor was working. I thought that was very poor form. Good thing all my paperwork was in order.
